- PC Frame
Reinforced base fully insulated specially constructed to accept " SILICAT" stone blocks.
- Insulation
Dam proofing will be used on all walls touching the ground, foundations, beams etc. A coat of special insulation material will also be applied to all external walls
- Wall construction
External walls are constructed using 40x20x20cm @SILICAT@ stone blocks reinforced by concrete columns where needed. Decorative work on windows. Beautiful rock face of the stone blocks on the outside and warm flat face for most inside walls
- Floor and wall finishes
a. All floors to be finished by good quality tiles
b. Bathroom walls to be tiled up to a height of about 1.70m
c. External floor finishes by special out-door resistant tiles
- Doors and windows
Anodized Aluminum External windows to the colour of wood or island blue whatever will be decided for the best aesthetic look of the whole project.
External wooden or aluminum doors with design and varnished and internal doors in lacquered MDF to comply with fire regulations.
- Sanitary Ware and Fittings,
All in white colour with all the necessary chrome plated accessories.
- Mechanical installations,
Cold water distributed to fixture and fittings from the roof tank with separate water meter. Special PVC and CPVC (for hot) pipes to be used.
All drainage with PVC pipes connected to communal cesspit.
All necessary provisions for air conditioning in all bedrooms and sitting area will be made.
- Electrical installation
It includes an adequate number of lighting and power points, telephone sockets, T.V and other basic electrical bathroom and kitchen points. All installations to be concealed. PVC conduits to comply with electricity authority regulations.
- Built-in furniture
All cupboards and wardrobes externally with varnished MDF and internally with melamine. There will be provision for cooker, fridge etc
- Changes to specifications and drawings
The client may request reasonable changes to the internal of the town house, the cost and delay of which will be agreed in advance. The VENDOR reserves the right to refuse changes that he will consider unsafe and/or inconsistent with good building and character of the project.
