Inspection Trips

When you are ready to purchase that dream home in the sun you should join one of our subsidised three or four day inspection trips. Once in Cyprus we will personally take care of you and we can give you all the appropriate information and advise on what you may require. In addition you will be able to discuss buying a home in Cyprus with people who have already purchased property.
During your inspection trip, you will be provided with all the facts including total purchase costs, annual running costs, legal formalities, bank accounts, furniture, insurance, etc.
We can help you organise and book your flights and transfers. Accomodation can be arranged at "Nicki Holiday Resort" or in "Villa Eleni" which are also owned and managed by the Stratis family. Alternatively, we can also make other accommodation arrangments as per your request.
